The land offered for sale is bush land of the fiuest quality, and is especially advantageously situated with regard to road and railway communication. It is close to the Town of Palmerston, and every section has a frontage on good metalled roads, about one half of the sections lying on the road between Palmerstou and t'-io Manawatu Gorge, and the rest on the road between Feilding and the Gorge. Soaie of the oldest cultivations in the Manawatu adjoin the block which is now for the first time placed in the market, and on these intending purchasers can see for themselves that the capabilities of the land are unsurpassed in the Colony.
