The Company propose to acquhv the Native Land* through which the line will pass, and will apply to Parliament to obtain the necessary powera to carry out the undertaking. The concessions which the Government have made, and other particulars, are fully sefc forth in the prospectus, which can be obtained from the Secretary, or at any of the branches of rhe Bank of New Zealand throughout the colony, and to which is annexed a form of application for shares.
