MESSRS HALCOMBE & SHERWILL have received instructions from the Emigrant & Colonists' Aid Corporation, Limited, to sell by Public Auction, at the TOWN HALL, PALMERSTON, ON FRIDAY, the i7th JUNE, ABOUT 6,000 ACRES OF RURAL LAND, IN SECTIONS VARYING PROM 50 TO 400 ACRES. The land offered for sale is bush land of the finest quality, and is especially advantageously sitnatcd with regard to road and railway communication. It is close to the Town of Palmerston, and every section lias a frontage on good metalled roads, about one half of tbe sections lying on the road between Palmerstou and the Manawatu Gorge, and the rest on the road between Feilding and the Gorge.
