The land offered for sale is bush land of the finest quality, and is especially advantageously situated With regard to road and railway communication. It is close to the Town of Palmerston, and every section has a frontage on good metalled roads, about one half of the sections lying on the road between Palmerston and the Manawatu Gorge, and the rest on the road between Feilding and the Gorge.
