It is proposed to raise at least £50,000 of the capital within the colony, payable as follows : —^h 6d per share on application, 2s 6d per share on allotment, aud the residue by calls not exceeding 6s per share, at intervals of not less thau three months. The Company propose to acquire the Native Land* through which the line will pass, and will apply to Parliament to obtain the necessary powers to carry out the undertaking. The concet>sions which the Government have made, and other particulars, are fully Bet forth in the prospectus, which can be obtained from the Secretary, or at any of the branches of rhe Bank of New Zealand throughout the colony, and to which is annexed a form of application for shares.
