The Company propose to acquire the Native Land's through which the line will pass, and will apply to Parliament to obtain the neceesary powers to carry ont the undertaking. The concessions which the Government have-made, and other particulars, are folly 6ft forth in the prospectus, which can be obtained from the Secretary, or at any of the brunches of i-he Bank of New Zealand throughout the colony, and to which ia annexed a form of application for shares.
