Tho Company propose to acquire the Native Land* through which the Hue will pass, nnd will apply to Parliament to obtain the necessary powers to carry out the undertaking. The concessions which the Government have made, and other particulars, are fully set; forth in the prospectus, which c»n be obtained from tlie Secretary, or at any of the branches of rhe Bank of New Zealand throughout the colony, and to which is annosed a form of application for shares.
