London, March 22. At the wool sale today 8700 bales were offered. The tone of auction was firm. The sales close on Friday, 25th inst. Capetown, March 22. The Royal Commission of Enquiry into affairs in Transvaal will be composed of the following members :— Sir Hercules Robinson, Sir Evelyn Wood, and Sir John Devillieis, Chief Justice of Cape Colony. They will proceed without delay to Heidelberg, -jin the Transvaal, aud will there hold jflrjne Commission.
