The Company propose to acquire the Native Lands through which the line will pass, and will apply to Parliament to obtain the necessary powers to carry out the undertaking. Tho concebsions which the Government have made, and other particulars, are fully set forth in the prospeotus, which can be obtained from the Secretary, or at any of the branches of rhe Bank of New Zealand throughout the colony, and to which is anuexed a form of application for shares.
