[SPECIAL TO MANAWATU HERALD."] Wellington, Monday, 7 p.m. Henry Anderson, the well-known journalist, attempted to commit suicide this afternoon by jumping off the end of the Queen's Wharf. He was resceud by some men from a bteamer lying near, and was taken to the Hospital. He was quite insensible when taken out of the water.
