Terms : Deferred Payments. — "When the same Section is applied for by two or more persons, the Section will be put up to auction between the applicants at 10 o'clock, a.m., at Masterton Public Hall, on Thursday the 10th February, for the Forty-mile Hush Sections, and at Palmerston on Thursday, February 24 ih, at 10 o'clock a.m., for the Kairanga and Fitzherbett Sections. One- twentieth of the purchase ; money to be paid with tho application, the balance in half-yearly instalments* extending over ten years.
