The B.s Stormbird arrived from Wellington on Friday morning last. She left again at 8 p.m. on Saturday for the same port. The Jane Pouglas, from Wellington and Southern ports, arrived early on Saturday morniag. She left again the following morning for Wellington. The steamers stormbird and Tui were advertised to leave Wellington for this port last evening. A schooner weh off the bar yesterday. Tbe Eastern and Australian Steamship Company intend to send a steamer from Foochow to New Zealand direct at the commencement of the next tea season. If necessary, a second steamer will be sent. Auckland will be the first port of arrival, and thus the new season's product will reach the trade in New Zealand in a much shorter time than hitherto.
