NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT ROAD LINE IN BLOCK IX, WAITOHU, SURVEY DISTRICT, ROAD DISTRICT OF OTAKI, OOUNTY OF MANAWATU. NOTICE is hereby given that il is proposed by the Otaki Highway Board, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1870, to excutc a certain public wort, to wit, the construction of a road line in Block IX, Waitohu Survey District, and for tho purpose of such public work the lands described in tlie schedule hereto are required to be taken ; and notice is further given that a plan of the said portion of road, and of the lands so required to betaken, is deposited for inspection at tho Office oif the Otaki Highway Board, Otaki, and notice is hereby given that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work, or by the talcing of the said lands, are hereby called upon to set forth iv writing any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said work or the taking of the said lands, and to send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to tho Otaki Higli way Board aforesaid, whoso oflico is in Rauparaha Street.
