The Stormbird arrived from Wellington at 2 o'clock on Tuesday afternoon last, and sailed agnin next day for the same port. The three schooners at the wharf — Martha Reid, Owake, and Herald— have been rather long in setting loaded up, but nre now abont full, and will probnbly leave poit during 1 the nuxfc few days. The Jane Dou»Ls has been on the Patent Slip at Wellington. The Jane Douglas will probably arrive . today, the Stormbird tnkiug up her ordinary Wanganni trade, (the ship Wairoa, 9n days out from London, and with 41) passengers on board, arrived at Wellington on Tuesday last. The yacht race at the Sydney liegatta was won by an Auckland-built boat, the Waitanjji. One of the officers on board the German warship Nautilus, which recently arrived at Wellington, is a son of the celebrated Count Yon Moltke, the great German general.
