FRKEM\N R. JA' KSON'S FORTNIGHTLY STOCK RGPOKT. Wedne-day, November J7. The sale today was the only one I have held during the pnst fortnight. The yards were full to overflowing with store cattle of a good description. They werr all sold a at fair prices, with the exception of fat cattle, three pens having to be turned out unsold. Sheep were in short aupply, and sold well. Cattle. — 593 head were yarded and sold — Fac bullocks of beat qualify, £8 to £9; store ballo -kn, £5 5s to £5 17s 61 ; 2-year* olds, £4 oj to £4 109 ; cowa ami calves, Mi 159; heifers, £3 10* to £3 12s 6d; yearlingo, £2 10a to £3. Shbbf.— 233 were al! that came forward — Fat ewes and wethers, 8s to 8s OJ ; ewes, 7a 9il to B*. PiO3.— Well-bred porkers, 24s to 28* ; bree lin<? sows, 60*. Homes. — A. large entry was made — Draughts, £lSto£'2o; god hacks, £8 to £13 ; weed* and sktvws, £1 to £6, Expobts.— 4-t cattle, 8-50 sheep.
