A Dbbibabu Biixbt.— J. M. Perrier, tho I « Intelligent Vagrant," is now editing a paper called the Central Australian. He appears to have created some little stir by bu advent, which the Barwon Argus, the rival journal, did not relish. So, for the benefit of the supporters of the opposition journal, he amuae Itself by revealing a page of hiatory whioh unat be eminently cheering fo the genial " Vagrant ":— •• Tht Central Australian since ita establishment has hod more than one editor from Sydney for each year of ita existence— journalistic etiquette preventa oor naming them— who have each started with tbe idea that thfir Heaven appointed mission waa to utterly re-model L averytW-of'Withhi tfce radius of the circulation of their paper.
