September 12— Jane Douglas, se, 75 tons, Manning, for Wellington, Kaikonra, and Lyttelton. Passengers — Mr Ross and 3 others. Liddell, agent. IMPOSTS. Per Jane Douglas— llo rails, 6 cases, and 250 pekgs, Public Works Department; 64 pokjjs, Honoie; 1 bale, Harris; 3 pokgs, Howe ; 2 pekgs, Liddell j 1 pekg, Jay ; 320 pekgs, other consignees. JEXPOBTS. Per Martha Reid— loß tons coal, Order. Per Jane Douglas— 2s,ooo feet timber, Bartholomew.
The steamer Jane Douglas, Captain Manning, arrived from Wellington on Saturday last, and left again for Wellington, Kaikoura, and Lyitelton the following day. She took away 25,000 feet of limber. The schooner Martha Reid, Captain Brophy, left Greymouth wilh a cargo of 108 tons of coal on Wednesday efternoon last, and arrived in the Manuwatu river on Satuvday. She will probably sail up to the wharf today or tomorrow.
