Cook, for their children, the following twenty four head of cattle, branded C B on the rump, namely : 1 white bull 5 cows Is 5 heifers stamp. 4 steers 1 wild cow 3 bull calves 5 calves For the sum of eighty-five pounds, part payment, amounting to fifteen pounds, being now made, and the balance of seventy, less £19 12s 6d for grazing, to be paid as a final settlement. — Henry BRowN,Trustee.
