THYNNB, LINTON & CO. have been favored with instructions from the Mortgagees to sell by publio auction, at their sale room,- Fox ton, on Saturday, 10th July, at 2 o'clock p.m., The following valuable leasehold property io Foxton— Lot 1. The residue of a term of 21 years, to be computed from the Ist day of January. 1876, at the yearly rental of £78, payable quarterly, in all that piece of land, con taining three roods and 12 perches, and being part of town section No. 167 on the plan of the townsliip of Foxton aforesaid, bounded towards the North by Block VIIL, 520 links; towards tho Enat by Block VIIL, 104 links ; towards the South by Block VIIL, 470 links; and towards the West by a public road 237 links ; except and always reserved for the purpose of a road from and out of the demise hereby made, all that piece of land situate along tho northern boundary of the said section, a:id being 523 links long, and having a uniform width of 18 decimal 22 links, measured from the said boundary inwards, with the appurtenances thereunto belonging. Lot 2. The residue of a lease for the term of 9 j'ears and 8 months, to be computed from the Ist day of August, 1874, at the yearly rental of one shilling, and made between Andrew Jonson, of the one part, and Frederick K.
