Sensational Events.
(reuter's telegrams.) Melbourne, June 26. The Kelly gang have shot a man dead at Sebastopol today, and kept a number of police prisoners for 12 hours. [The following was issue! by us as an Extra yesterday afternoon : — ] MELBouaNE, Monday. Ned Kelly has been captured by the police. Others of the party, since their appearance at Sebastopol, . have bailed up a publichouse in the neighborhood, and their capture is expected to be made during the day.
