The residue of a term of 21 years, to be computed from the Ist day of January. 1876, at the yearly rental of £78, payable quarterly, in all that piece of land, containing three roods and 12 perches, and being part of town section No. 167 on the plan of the township of Foxton aforesaid, bounded towards the North by Block VIII., 523 links ; towards the -East by Block VIII., 104 links ; towards the South by Block VIII., 470 links; and towards the West by a public road 237 links ; except and always reserved for the pm'pose of a road from and out of the de* mise hereby made, all that piece of land situate along the northern boundary of the said section, : and being 523 links long, and having a uniform width of 18 decimal 22 links, measured from the said boundary inwards , with the appurtenances thereunto belonging. . The residue of a lease for the term of 9 years and 8 months, to be computed from the Ist day of August, 1874, at tho yearly rental of one shilling, and made between Andrew Jonson, of the one part, and Frederick K. Crowther, of the other part, in all that piece of land, being the town section No. 113, in the township of. Foxton (except so much as was thereby reserved by the lessor for his occupation, being a frontage of 14 feet from the soath-eaat corner of the said section, and extending back therefrom at a right angle 78 feet ; and also that portion of ground reserved as a mutual right of way, adjoining the said piece of land reserved by the said lessor, and having a frontage of 8 feet to the Main Road, and extending back a distance of 78 feet, with all the appurtenaacea thereunto belonging. Lot 3. All those pieces or parcels of land, containing 4a Ir 18p, or thereabouts, situate in and being suburban sections Nos. 216, 217, and 218 on the plan of the township of Foxton.
