The shipping business at Foxton has beon entirely suspended during the paat week, owing to the boisterous weather. The steamer Tui has been expected all tho week, but has not yet (Thursday) arrived. The ketch Junot is still detained at the mouth of the river, waiting for a favorable change in the weather.
