Melbourne, Thursday. Berry addressed the electors at Stawell" last night. In the course of his remarks he severely criticised Service's Reform Bill, -which was ultimately accented by the Council. Berry speaks again to-day at Ararat. The election addresses arc becoming very numerous. London, February 11. After considerable debating in the House of Commons, Redmond's amendment on the address, censuring the Government for neglect in regard to distress in Ireland, was negatived by 216 against 66.
