All entries (except for canoe race) to be accompanied by entrance fee, giving name of boat and distinguishing flag, and forwarded to the Secretary at the Post Office not later than noon on Tuesday, 20th January. 2. No prize will bo given unless boats start ; no second prize unless three start. 3. The stewards shall have power to refuse any boat permission to £..art if not of the class intended in the programme, notwithstanding its having been entered.
