The topsail schooner Elibank .Castle, Captain Connor, arrived at Foxton on Wednesday last, from Greymouth, with a cargo of 00 tons of coal, for the Railway Department. She reports having left tho Grey River on Thursday last, and expeiienced fine weather throughout the voyage. After discharging her cargo, the Elibank Castle will load np a cargo of sleepers for Keith Ramsay & Co , Dnnedin. The 9.8. Stormbird left Wpllington at 2 o'clock on Tuesday afternoon, experienced llead winds on the passnge up, and arrived alongside tho wharf at 0.20 next morning. Tlie Stormbird sailed again for Wellington at 3- o'clock same afternoon. \The s.s. Huia left Wellington at 4 o'clock p.m. on Wednesday, encountered strong KjW. winds on tho trip, and arrived at Foxtain at 0f45o f 45 yesterday morning. She left again for Wellington and South at 4 p.m. yesterday.
