Three must compete for each event or no prize. Horses for back races must be the property of bona fide residents in the Manawatu County, who have - subscribed a qualification fee of 10s to the funds of the Club, and who have never entered for any advertised race. Two publicans' booths, and refreshment stalls, will be on the ground. Archery, Quoits, Dancing Platforms, &c. Interval of half an hour about 2 o'clock for refreshments.
