Quotations are nominally the same, but a large margin would bo allowed to effect sales to any extent. The present week has. been almost devoid of transactions in grain. . Wheat is quoted at 4; 9d to pa, but stocks aro now so low that shipments are mostly oF a retail chwicter. A tow inquiries have been made for short o.it?, the supplies of which are running down, but prices nre not now likely to be affected ; quotations renviin at Is 9d for feed ; and if for milling, barley is quito out of stock. Local flour continues at jGI3 fo»--valuers' parcels ; stocks of Adelaide flour have now mosly been quoted at £14. Butter and cheese ai-j very quiet, at 7d and s£d ropecfcively.
