As the person to Avhom "Katepayers " letter had reference is in his public capacity an autocrat, I, for one, felt very much surprised in hearing the gentleman voted to the head of the Board ; but, Sir, when we hear him deliberately stating thtxt he trea.s all letters written to news- ► papers, tending to recall him to his dtfry, with contempt, then, Sir, ho is a gentleman in a public position,as you aver— - Money maketh the man, 7 ' The wani of it it's fellow— '.
