DOUBLE MURDER AND SUICIDE.
The following was issued by us as an extra on Wednesday :— [FROM OUlt OWX COIIBESPONDENT.] WELLINGTON. Wednesday, 2.35 p.m. An awful double murder and suicide just committed. M iller, late manager Bank of New Soii'h Wales,found dead in his bedroom from gunshot wound in head. His wife found dead in kitchen with throat cut. His son Clarence found dead in yard with his throat cut, ami a carving knife lying alongside the hocly. 'Hie son wns aged 1 9 years. It is supposed the son first shot his lather, then killed his mother, and afterwards himself. About a year ago another son killed himself at Greymouth. The affair has created a terrible sensation here.
