A SPECIAL MEETING will be, held on Monday, 3rd day of November, at 2.30 p.m., to confirm the following resolution passed at a special meeting, held on the 6th of October : — " That all drains and other water courses situated on district roads in the County of Mana-w-atu, be hereby placed under the control of the various Highway and Local Boards in whose districts such watercourses may be, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1876."
