The s.s. Jane Oouglas, Captain Fraser, s.ii.i- i it the wharf shortly after Ham on tviaday, bringing a large number of passengers and a full cargo. She left Wellington at 7 o'clock tho previous evening, and experienced heavy head winds and sea on the passage up, the Douglas being kept steaming hard all the time from leaving Wellington to arrival here. She leaves again for Wellington at noon to-day. The steamer Stormbird was advertised to leave Wellington for this port last evening
