The s.s.Jane Din,'las, Ci>t:iin '/riser, hfft Wellington on Friday lut at 10 p.m.» and anchored at Kapiti at 5.30 next morning; left acjaiu at 10, and reached the ■wharf shortly after 3 p.m fame day. The s s. Tui, Captain Holmes, arrived at the wharf from Wellington half an hour after tho Douglas on Friday. In coming up the nver, she ran aground, and was detained half an hour. The steamers Jane Douglas and Tui left on Saturday afternoon for Wellington. The former's cargo included ll,()00 feet timber, and 60 sheep, and some few bales of wool. The Tui took 100 sheep and 24 pigs, in addition to her other cargo of railway iron, &c. Both steamers obtained a fair number of passengers. They reached Wellington at 1 o'clock on Sunday morning. The schooners YTary Ogilvie, for Lyttelton, and Cora, for Oamarn, were towed out to sea on Saturday last—the former by the Tui, and the lattor by the Jane Douglas. The steamers Tui and Stormbird may be expected tc arrive to-day from Wellington.
