In the matter of the District Bailways Act, 1877, and District Eailways Act, 1877, Amendment Act, 1878, and also in accordance with the provisions of Orders of hia Excellency the Governor in Council, published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated the 11th day of July, 1878, and the 30th day of May, 1879, respectively, and in the matter of the Foxton and Sanson Railway Company.
