NOTICE is herel>y given that, in j accordance with the provisions | of "The District Railways Act,! 1877," and Amendment Act, 1878," the above-mentioned, the FoxUn and Sanson Railway Company, have caused ihe middle line and direction of the railway, proposed to be constructed under the said Act, *o "be set forth on a plan and described in a book of reference, showing the lands required to be taken for the same, and the names' of owners and occupiers of such lands, so far^ as they can be ascertained, and copies of the said plan and book of reference have been deposited at the undermentioned public places in (he districts withi^ which the said railway is indued tc be constructed, namoly :— The County Council Office, Foxton The School- house, Carnarvon And The Registered Office of the Company, Sanson.
