A Supplementary Army Estimate asked for the Zulu war £3,000,000, which converts the suiplus shown in the Budget into adeficitof £1,163,000. which it is understood Cape Colony will have to reimburse, 'lhe deficit is proposed to be met by Treasury bonds.
