T>Y virtue and in pursuance of the -L* powers and authorities in me vested by "The District Railways Act, 1877," "The District Railways 1877 Amendment Act, 1878," and "7he Rating Act, 1876," and all oth er powers and authorities enabling me in that behalf, I, Sir Hercules George Robert Robinson, Go* vernor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby order that the time for delivering the voters' rolls for ihe railway district, Foxton to Sanson Railway, be extended to the twenty-third day of June, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine, inclusive, and anything which may, ! in the matter of the said delivery, have been irregularly done, I do hereby validate, and the same is validated accordingly.
