Stormbird, Captain Doile, left Wellington at 8 pan. on Thursday, with a large general cargo, and arrived at Foxton at 3 p.m. on Friday. . She left for Welling ton at 3 p.m. oa Saturday. Tho Jane Douglas left Wellington on Friday evening, at 8 o'clock, and arrived at the wharf at 3 o'clock next day. The Jane Douglas left for Wellins-ton yesterday afternoon. It was stated yesterday . that the s.s. Stormbird was to be laid up at \V ellington, and all hands p:iid 0ff. ... The schooner Colleen Bawn cleared the Customs at Wellington on Saturday afternoon for this port. The Jan 6 Douglas is. exqected- to arrive here 'to-morrow from Welliugton. The agents of the Huia inform us that that vessel is expected to arrive here to. morrow also from Wellington.
