The Hoard mot at 3 p.m.- Present — Messrs Crowther (Chairman), Cook, and Easton.
The miuutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed.
A letter was read from Mr Gr. Cjok, applying for an advance of £95 upon the Avenue Road contract. Mr Moinefc reported that the contract was nearly completed, and the payment was made.
An acsount for &1 Is, for the Engineer's salary was passed.
The Board did not opeu tenders for the Clerkship, as two me.nbsrs of the Itoard were absent.
The LJoard adjourned to Tuesday n?xt, at 3 p.m.
