About 80 persons" Wore present, mostly from Foxton, Sandon, and Carnarvon. The bidding throughout was spirited, prices being considered very good by experts. Of the whole, only about 90 sections were put up, tho rest being withheld. Tho sale was without reserve. Tho town sections were all one rootl in size.
