MESSRS THYNNE, LINTON & CO.'S LAND SALE.

The above firm held a sale of land at their auction rooms, Mnin street, Foxton, on Saturday afternoon last, at 2 o'clock. There was a very large attendance, the saleroom being crowded. The sections first offered were those belonging to the late Mr Mushet, and were sold without reserve, realising good prices. W. Liddeli's store, with a frontage of 49 £ feet to Main-street, and 198 to Clyde .street, containing 36 perches ; sold to Mr A. J. Whyte for £455. Section 95, on the Main-street.and adjoining the School tteserve, containing 2 roods 24 perches ; sold to Mr Clark Dunn, for £100.
