(ItEUTEIVS TELEGRAM* ) London, March 27. *L The Houso of C jmmons to-day had long debate on the motion of want of confidence in tho Government with reference to the Zulu War, proposed by Sir Chailes Dilke. The Hon. F. A. Stanley, UndorSecretary for War, said it would be most inexpedient then to make a statement defending Sir Bartle Frere, the Governor at the Cape. The llouse agreed to the adjournment of the debate till next day. The Under-Secretary of State for India obtained leave to introduce a Bill authorising a loan of 10,000,000 pounds by England to India. • An official note from the Russian Government proposes that a corps numbering 10,000 men, composed of contingent from each of the Great Powers, shrill occupy Roumelia for twelve months after the Russian troops have left, to maintain order.
