VTOTICE is hereby given that at J^ a sitting of the Assessment Court for the Foxton Local Board District, held on the 12th day .'of March, 1879, it was proved to the said Courb that no Valuation List for the Foxton Local Board District had been prepared as required by the "Rating Act, 1876," and that the Judge of the : said Assessment Court has appointed MR ARCHIBALD MOINET, of Foxton, to be the Valuer to make such List, and has fixed the 31st day of March, 1879, as the day for the completion thereof, and directed that the said list shall be open for inspection on and from the 31st day of March to the 14th day of April, at the office of the Foxton Local Boaid, Foxton, and that all objections thereto shall be delivered at I the Court House, Foxton, on or be* ' fore Monday, the 14th day of April, 1879.
