Eobert Campbell, to SELL BY PUBLIC AUCTION, the Townships as above specified. The Auctiofteers desire to draw particular attention to the position of the TOWNSHIP OF CAMPBELL, which is situated in the centre of the Douglas Special Settlement, the latter having now soventy settlers located upon it, who by their deed of settlement are compelled to reside on and improve their properties. This block is surrounded by the finest agricultural district in the North Island, and the proposed line of railway from Foxton to Sanson passes close to it, the site of the intended railway station being within two miles. Stores, Blacksmith's shop, Hotel, &c, are now in demand, and will at once secure a profitable business. Taking all those points into consideration, the future success of Campbell may be looked on as a certainty, offering an opportunity to capitalists and others seldom met with for the investment of money.
