Sydney, Tuesday.
Over 600 men are employed in erecting the Exhibition building, and rapid progress is b^ ing made. A special show of wool will behold at the International Exhibition here. Exhibits will he received up to December. Melbourne, Tuesday. A Gazette extraordinary, issued today, offers a reward of £1000 for each of the Kelly gang. New South Waler offers similar rewards. Sydney, Feb 18. In Assembly last night Sir Henry Parkes confirmed the statement of an increased reward being offered for the Kellys. He intimated that Government would ask the Assembly and Council to suspend standing orders to pass an Outlawry Bill in one sitting. Melbourne, February 18 The foundation stone of the Exhibition buildings was laid to-day by the Governor. The ceremony was an imposing one. There being a half.holiday, the attendance was large. A gold trowel, valued at one hundred guineas, was presented to the Governor, and the ladies presented Lady Bowen with a tiara of diamonds, valued at four hundred guineas.
