♦ — • The above firm held a sale of land at their Palmerston offic-s yesterday. There was a large attendance, and bidding was brisk. The following prices were realised : Palmerston Town Section, No. 16, to MUs Snelson for £100 ; 40, Mr Podevin, £75 ; 41, same, £70; 800, Mr Barraud, £100; BH2, Mr Duudas, £103 ; 1010, Mr Ferguson, £80 ; 1042, Mr Brightwell, £85 ; 900, Mr Leary, £50. Rural sections Nos. 207 and 206 at £3 10s 8d an acre to — Warburtoo. No. 210 at £3 7a 6d per acre to Mr Palmerson. Suburban Section No. 49 .', Foxton, at £145, to Theophilus Easton. Total sales, £1,300.
