TO THE KMTOIt OF THE M.WAWATU lIEKALI). Sin, — As a visitor to tho concert on Wednosday evening, the bad manners of some who wore present was very much noticed by me. They kopt on talking in a loud voice, especially during tho songs, and as thoy wore not far from the platform it must have been noticod by all ; thoy annoyed all who sat near thorn. They should learn better manuors before the next concert. I am, &c. Back Seat.
