The Jane Douglas left Wellington at 4.30 p.m., on Tuesday last, with a full complement of cargo and passengers, and reached Kapiti at midnight; left again at 3.30 a m., on Wednesday, reaching Foxton at 8.30. She left for Eangitikei and Wellington at 7 o'clock yesterday moving. Tho Tui will arrive to-day from Wellington.
