AT the request of several pur« chasers, I have cut up my TOWN SECTIONS IN FOXTON, which are situate in the very centre of the town, fronting the main street, and fronting another street running parallel with it. These sections are situate between Whyte's Hotel and the Court House towards the main street, and between the Court House and Hillen's Hotel towards the Avenue ; and between the Tublic Hall and Hillen's Hotel towards the new street. THIS WILL BE NO BOGUS SALE 1 nor assumed town sections, but a real and genuine sale of VALUABLE BUILDING SITE^, situated close to the wharf, and close to tho principal business houses in Foxton. The advertiser would direct special attention to the fact that Buyers are often misled by unscrupulous advertisers, who call suburban sections town sections ; and often cut up large country sections and call them building sites, and thus hinder the prosperity of an otherwise flourishing township. The undersigned, wishing to obviate this, and give Foxton a fair chance, uas prepared plans, showing every particular regarding his mud. -j >yhi<;h .will bo placed in the market at i an eariy dato,~of which duo notice i will bO '•JY'-'it.
