BRITISH TREATY WITH CHINA.

RUGBY, Oct. 26.
The Chinese Charge D'Affaires in London called yesterday on Sir Alexander Cadogan, the Permanent Un-der-Secretary of State at the Foreign Office, who informed him that the British draft. treaty for the abolition of extra-territorial rights would be communicatied to him soon and would be on the same lines as the proposed American- Chinese treaty. It is pointed out that the necessity to consult the Dominions involves certain delay on the British side.
