ARMED FORCES APPEALS

SITTING CONCLUDES TO-DAY. YESTERDAY'S DECISIONS. A further batch of appeals against service were dealt with by the Armed Forces Appeal Board yesterday.. The Boafd, which eomprises Messrs G. L. Page (chairman), L. Ward and J. Dicker, will complete its sitting this afternoon and will return to Nelson this evening. Woodward for Darcy Clarence Mills, farmhand, and by the Director of National Service for Clifford Roy Wilfred Rush, farmhand, were dismissed, subject to the reservists not foeing called up before January 31. MTs R. G. Mclsaac's appeal for Darcy Ivan Mclsaac, farmer and rabbiter, was dismissed, subject to his not being called up before January 1.
